Some people find their calling. Lisa Knowlton lived her way into hers. A certified yoga therapist with 25 years of teaching experience and a faculty member at MSU Billings, Lisa spent years studying the intersection of the body, breath, and healing the mind. But it was her own personal journey — and a deep dive into heart-centered practices — that led her to the work she does today: Illuminating Heart Readings.

Using intuitive drawings, Lisa maps the energy networks around your heart, offering a gentle, visual window into where your heart is ready to open and where it may still be hurt and holding on. Her readings are less about prediction and more about recognition — helping you see yourself more clearly and move toward a deeper relationship with your own capacity for love and healing.

She is also facilitating a special workshop Saturday, March 28th: Open the Vault of the Heart and (Re)Learn to Trust.
