Ruth has remembered her purpose of service to others in this lifetime…to help them heal their past issues so they can live an Authentic Life. She does this through her writing, speaking, energy work, and readings, helping them to connect with the Truth of Who They Are. In addition to writing, Ruth is a Reiki Master Teacher, Angelic Reiki Practitioner, Spiritual Intuitive, Oracle Card Reader, Spiritual Advisor/Life Coach. and host of The Transformational Soul on Goldylocks Productions. During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
She is a Board-Certified Drugless Practitioner with American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Mary’s EFT facilitator training is with the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques. She received First Line Therapy Practitioner training with Metagenics. Mary received her aromatherapy training through Aromahut Institute.
