Mary Gundrum aka Wellness Mary, has been an ordained spiritualist minister since 2014. She has been on a spiritual journey for several decades. She has been blessed to have worked with many spiritual healers and those in search of healing. Mary has obtained several spiritual counseling certifications through The American Institute of Health Care Professionals and continues her education to better serve others.
Mary received her training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
She is a Board-Certified Drugless Practitioner with American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Mary’s EFT facilitator training is with the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques. She received First Line Therapy Practitioner training with Metagenics. Mary received her aromatherapy training through Aromahut Institute.
