Try to find some quiet ‘me time’, away from constant distraction, to reconnect with the core of who you are and to find the words you want to share. You may be spending too much time focusing on others and trying to ensure everyone else is happy and may come to realize that you can’t do this if you are running on empty. You may also come to realize also that by working with others you can communicate more easily and effectively, having more fun along the way too.
