Try not to be too hard on yourself and allow others to help you out. You may be holding on too tightly to something that has gone. You may have to detach in order to stand back and decide the best way forward. You may be feeling very unsettled, caught between the old and the new, wanting the security and stability of the past and needing to embrace change. Don’t be afraid to take chances … dare to fail. Focus on what is viable and practical, try not to be impatient, amazing things can happen when you let go and trust.
