You may be comparing yourself with others and feeling you are not good enough. You may feel unsettled and by focusing so much on your plans and the detail you may feel overwhelmed. It may help to just focus on holding up your end of the deal, in your own way, in your own time, just being yourself. Don’t be frightened of feelings.
