Understand that change has to begin within you, in the words of Ghandi – “Be the Change you wish to see”. Take responsibility learn the value of co-operative ventures and positive thinking. Try to see things as others do and focus on taking action to help those with no voice. Rein in your impulsiveness so you can find a balance between your need for independence and freedom with your need to make a difference. Stand back from the situation letting go of all that is unproductive and you have the potential to inspire others through your work.
