Try not to take everything so personally, but to engage with the bigger picture. Focus on working with others and you may find you can inspire through your work. Normally you like to stay in your comfort zone and observe from afar. However, wanting to be in control can be about fear. You have a great sense of responsibility towards others, but learn to share, to accept and most importantly to relax, laugh and have fun. Focus on getting the essentials right and you may find you can inspire more by your actions and your work than through your words.
