Marcia Colver is taking over her cousin’s podcast, in honor of him and the difference he has made for others. The podcast is about Marcia wanting to get to know people by walking a mile with them. The special guests are from all walks of life and everyone has a story to share.

Judy Buchanan’s passion is to inspire you to co-create a new reality in which you can thrive! As a Reiki Master /Teacher, an energy medicine practitioner, trauma informed yoga instructor and a transformational guide Judy creates a supportive container of comfort thus providing you with the keys to awaken your inner wisdom and jumpstart your innate ability to heal and transform. As a retired United States Army Lieutenant Colonel married to a former soldier she understands, first hand, the stressors experienced by first responders/service members and their families. While serving in uniform and raising a family Judy endured multiple surgeries and experienced chronic stress, anxiety, and pain. From these health challenges came the strength and a passion to spark a change that led her to explore and study numerous holistic healing and metaphysical practices.
Over more than a decade, Judy has focused much of her training on the subtle energy systems of the body, nervous system regulation, metaphysical interests and yoga. Judy uses these skills and her intuition to facilitate clients’ healing, awakening and transformation via one-on-one coaching energy alchemy sessions, in person and travel retreats along with resiliency and yoga group instruction.
In 2018, Judy developed and implemented an ongoing resiliency and performance enhancement training program for the Frederick City Police Department Academy out of a desire to help those who run towards danger. In addition she holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.
