Don’t Let Texas Ban Hemp-CBD Sales!

The sale of hemp and CBD-related products in the state of Texas is in jeopardy and we need your help. On Monday, April 16 the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Commissioner may make a decision to adopt a new protocol to ban hemp-CBD sales. The proposed protocol states that products containing more than trace amounts of hemp-CBD, a non-psychoactive compound derived from hemp, will be removed from store shelves and either returned to the manufacturer or destroyed.
