Today it may become clear to you what needs to change, but at the same time you may want to hang on to how things have always been. You may feel change is being forced upon you and that you are forced out of your comfort zone, but try not to put energy into resistance to this – tell yourself continually that change can be good. Change doesn’t mean you have to focus on survival and not everything has to be solved through your work. Connect with the much bigger picture and try not to focus on your fear of failure and rejection. Ensure you take action, rather than just focus on making plans and use your true feelings to see clearly in all situations. Find your unchanging core again, decide what it is you truly want and go for it.
