Reflect for just a moment on the casual remarks you make each day, not only to others but to yourself as well. You may discover that much of what you say and think is very negative and hurtful.
Taking it one step further, consider all the “negative programming” you may be unconsciously sending to your loved ones, especially your children or children that you are exposed to. Make positive and Balanced conversations and self talk your goal this week and you’ll be delighted and surprised at the results. Change hurtful habits to healthy and Balanced ones and watch how easily your mind cooperates with you!
